We stopped here for a late lunch. From the outside it looked busy but we were seated right away. We ordered a small pizza and a plate of nachos. Everything was tasty and hot! The pizza comes out with beer nuggets, which are small pieces of fried, or maybe baked, dough. It's definitely more food than you'd think it would be. Our waitress was polite and quick. If you're looking for something on the inexpensive side while on Main St, this is the place to go!

Decent food with large portions and great, friendly service. I was very happy that they were able to seat our party of 10 with very little wait and no reservations. Our server was awesome and very friendly. The food was good, I got an Italian beef pizza that tasted great and the rest of the group was pretty content with their choices. I didn't even realize it came with a salad and fried dough things that were also great. We had so much food that no one left hungry. Good drink choices and my friends enjoyed their cocktails. Overall, was really happy with coming here for dinner and glad they could accommodate a large group like ours.

We had a great family experience. We had 4 kids and two adults. We got a table right away on a Sunday evening after all day skiing. They have complimentary salad and fried bread appetizers. Portions are huge. The waiter was great: quick and friendly. Food was not amazing quality, but we were super hungry after all day skiing, and it hit the spot for adults and kids.

Wandered in after walking in and out of several other restaurants that just didn't feel right with our vibe tonight. We wanted kinda low key, easy going. Immediately when we walked in we knew we found the right place and we left truly impressed. Service was fantastic, very friendly and attentive. Food was super delish, HUGE portions, plus salad AND their fantastic beer nuggets with all entrees. The homemade salad dressing, raspberry vinaigrette, and signature beer nuggets had us raving with every bite. Oh! And the marinara for the beer nuggets was And the price was beyond reasonable considering the amount of food! We will definitely be back!!

There's a nice selection of great food selection, large portions, and a really chill and relaxed environment. There is a comfortable outdoor seating area too! I would prefer a bigger on-tap beer selection, but they still have some nice options. I'm a vegetarian and I really do love their veggie pita sandwich (it is loaded with fresh veggies and olives and it's so flavorful). They have a great salad, also.

You get amazing value here, we ordered a large pizza (forgot to take a pic we were hungry), didn’t even know it came with bread and a salad, very generous portions.

Gobbie's - Just a great place. 1 off restaurant. Does its own thing. Food is solid with wide menu for lunch & dinner... Bit of an Italian feel. Great atmosphere, bar vibe on one side & restaurant vibe on the other. There is outdoor seating during month the Midwest weather allows. My service each time I've been here was excellent - attentive, prompt, not pushy or gushie. This is a downtown Galena restaurant...plan ahead. This place is busy due to ...it's excellent & it's in Galena.
